Go Cabi is a taxi dispatch and booking management system designed for individual taxi owners. Our platform allows you to create a branded booking page, accept online and offline payments, and manage your rides through a centralized dashboard.

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration

• Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate

• Maintain the security of your account credentials

• Be responsible for all activities under your account

• Be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to operate a taxi business

4. Service Fees and Payments

Our Service operates on a monthly subscription model with no commission fees on bookings. You agree to:

• Pay monthly subscription fees as specified in your plan

• Process customer payments through our integrated payment system

• Accept that we are not responsible for payment disputes between you and your customers

• Understand that subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law

5. User Responsibilities

As a user of our Service, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding taxi operations

• Maintain valid licenses, insurance, and permits required for your taxi business

• Provide safe and reliable transportation services to your customers

• Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

• Not interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Go Cabi and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Service without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We provide the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• We are not responsible for disputes between you and your customers

• We are not liable for any issues arising from your use of third-party payment processors

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Go Cabi, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of another party.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance.
